1. Who we are

Lunamya Nexus LLC is the data controller for this website. It is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.

2. Information we collect

• What you send us: your name, your email address, your company name if you give one, the topic and stage you select and the message itself, when you submit the contact form.
• Technical data: when you submit the contact form we read your IP address, in order to rate-limit the form so that one address cannot send an unlimited number of messages. It is counted in memory for one hour and is never written down.
• During an engagement: project information you voluntarily share with us.

That is the whole list. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no third-party tracking script.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry and provide the service you asked for.
• To stop the contact form being abused, which is the only purpose the IP address is read for.
• To keep this website working and improve it.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes.

4. Where your message goes

Your message is sent by email to our mailbox through Resend, Inc., which processes it in Japan, and is not stored anywhere else. Your IP address is used to rate-limit the form and is not stored.

Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation requires and deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange.

That is a cross-border transfer of personal data, from Vietnam to Japan. We make it on the basis, and with the safeguards, that Law No. 91/2025/QH15 requires for such a transfer, and for no other purpose than delivering your message to us.

5. Your rights

Under Vietnam's Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and, where applicable, the law of your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have it corrected where it is wrong.
• Have it deleted.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Receive it in a portable form.

6. Breach notification

We will notify the competent authority of a personal data breach within 72 hours from detection, as required by Article 23 of Law No. 91/2025/QH15. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you without undue delay.

We also draw up a written record of the breach and cooperate with the competent authority in handling it, as Article 23 requires.
